- About meals -

●Please be sure to inform us in advance of any food allergies or dislikes.

We may not be able to accept your reservation if you have widespread allergies or other conditions that make it difficult to accommodate your needs.

Please note that we will not be able to accommodate requests on the day of the event, so please ensure that everyone present is aware of this.

●We are unable to accept reservations from vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free customers.

●Regarding age restrictions, participants must be 15 years of age or older.

However, this is contingent on the child being able to enjoy the same course meal as adults.

●Our course meals are generally scheduled to last about two hours, but if you have a small appetite or wish to leave earlier due to other circumstances, please do not hesitate to let us know at the counter.

We will adjust your meals as much as possible.

- Regarding reservations -

●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.

●Counter reservations are limited to groups of 2 to 4 people.

●Private room reservations are available for groups of 4 to 6 people.

●We cannot accept reservations made by proxy.

● Arriving about 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time will allow us to serve you more smoothly.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

●If we are unable to contact you 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your appointment. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.

●While we don't have a strict dress code, please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or other fragrances when you visit our establishment.
